Overall, we had a good experience at this property. We were traveling with two young children and wanted to be close to the strip but not in a casino directly and this property delivered that experience. Two things we especially loved with young children was the direct access to the monorail station right by the hotel, as well as the gardens at the Flamingo. The property staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was positive and did a really nice job from check-in to delivery of our bags to the room. The elevators were also really smooth and always accessible which we appreciated! While our room was perfectly fine, I felt it could’ve been cleaner. It felt a bit like an older property that went through a modern renovation that was starting to age again. I will say though that the walls were clean and looked freshly painted which I appreciated. While we did have a lock off, we did not have two full one-bedroom suites. We had one room with a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bathroom. And then the connecting room was a King studio with its on bathroom and wet bar. The second room in the kickoff did not have its own full kitchen and separate bedroom. This may have been a personal selection made by the front desk at sign in, and not an issue with the property listing itself. Lastly, the music at the Flamingo Go Pool is definitely loud. It’s tolerable Mon-Wed, but otherwise very loud between 12-6pm that sound machines couldn’t drain it.
