Our room was adequate, but 2 things stuck out. There was no soap to be found. We did have shampoo and conditioner, but no soap of any kind. Thankfully we brought our camping bag in. Also, there was some sort of concrete mixture hardened all over the floor.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived at about 8:30 pm and most food options were closed, even though the information stated 10 pm for steak house and 24/7 for other. The smoke from the casino reached all the way to the 4th floor and the elevators were filthy. The bed was great and the room itself was very clean.

The casino was filled with smoke so couldn't stay and eat at the restaurant. The elevator was rickety and the shower had mold in it. Paid for two nights in advance and only stayed the one night. The hotel messaged me right after check in and asked me if I needed anything so I advise them I would like a refund for the second night and never heard back from them.

Disgusting and gross!!! Will never stay here ir reccommend it to anyone!!! See attached pictures of the shower!!! So gross i had to shower with shoes on and felt disgusting even showering in there. The room smelled like old mold.

Only negative was the bathroom fan was extremely noisy, the bathtub grab bar was broken, tub drain not in correctly, and electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. I did report some of these to the desk agent at checkout. Also note that the LVT tile floors in hotels makes it very noisy in hallways. Thanks.

As soon as you enter the lobby you’re greeted with cigarettes smell. Elevators have seen better days. Rooms are worth the price, pretty descend size. Was clean when we checked in but for all the 3 nights we stayed it was never cleaned despite us leaving each morning & returning late in the evening

Good pit stop place!

The service here was great! The room itself was very spacious and clean but there bathroom was not very clean and some of the handles and shelves were broke inside the shower, the shower floor was also scratched up so it was a little uncomfortable
