Adked for a refrigerator twice, never received it. The coffee cups in the room was 16 inch doesn’t fit the coffee maker so couldn’t make coffee. One little bar of soap and not enough shampoo and conditioner. Carpets in the hallway in elevator dirty. People on the fourth floor were smoking pot so the room and hallway just reeked! It was cheaper to book the room from Expedia then supposedly the great deal you were given to the car club. This is NOT a Ramada or Wyndham quality hotel! I don’t think I’ll stay here next time!!

The room was very nice, and clean. Dinner was excellent at the steak house. The price was affordable. The only disappointment was there were no Black Jack tables and I don’t play machines. We were told they just removed the tables the week prior to our stay.

Property was clean, staff was courteous, the location was convenient, and safe. I traveled with my 13 year old daughter and felt safe with her. Also a plus that the room did not smell like smoke like some of the other nearby hotels. The room was really nice for the price. Did not stay long enough to have a meal
