We have the most advanced water softener and filtration systems in this home so the water is perfectly soft 24 hours a day.

The home has a comfortable and livable floorplan. Main home has 12'-15' ceilings. Guest house/ Multi gen area has its own front door and driveway, kitchen, laundry and living room.

This is a single level home with no steps to enter the residence. Polished concrete floors throughout the home. High end furnishings and art from Crate & Barrel, West Elm and CB2 Lofts.
