The unit was clean, not far from the strip. Walking would be about 15 minutes. By car it was no time at all. Beds were comfortable, coffee available, utensils and glassware all there. Pool area was nice and pleasant. Property manager was responsive and helpful when contacted. Would gladly stay here again.

The host was excellent in terms of communication, and the place was cleanly. There were a few minor damages to flooring and walls so we just sent the host pictures of any damages noticed right after we checked in. The lockbox with the key was helpful and easily useable, just make sure you don’t lock yourself out or you communicate with your group who has the key as there was only one! The condo was on the third floor and no elevators so it can pose a challenge with luggage and groceries. There was a few issues with security being strict on some of our party being able to check in and going in and out of the VRBO even though they were pre approved guests through the host. Pool was nice and clean, only downside was the hot tub makes a high pitched noise when the jets are turned on. The water stayed hot even if the jets were not on.Nice and spacious for our whole group of 6 people. The bathroom towels provided were a little small for the average adult so you may just want to bring your own! Very close to the strip and it is a 5-10 min Uber/Lyft ride to most places!Overall a good stay and a good option if you’re looking to have a fun time in Vegas!

We actually never entered the property as we did not receive the code to enter the property. It is misleading in the ad that the property never mentions three flights of very steep stairs. I will say the crew that works at the gate are awesome and so very nice. They went out of their way to help us try to reach the owner which didn't happen but they tried.

Great experience!

Cute place, clean, and the pool and hot tubs looked wonderful. We didn’t get to use them as it was a shorter trip but would definitely stay there again. Initially I was concerned about the location because the condos were gated with security who were in tactical gear and clothing and some condos had bars on their windows but we never felt unsafe once.

Comfortable

We spent several days at Elaine’s place for a girls’ trip and would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was much more economical and spacious than a hotel. Lyft to just about anywhere came to 15-20 w/ tip. It’s only a block to the bus stop if you want to take the public bus to the strip Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you.

Amazing Property

The property was listed exactly as it was, with the identical matching decorating. Although there are some minor issues that require addressing, such as the dining room chairs and the bathtubs, which could use some cleaning or repair, I still give it five stars.

Recent Vegas stay

All was good except the heating/air conditioning system kept saying poor quality of air when we turned the heat up- owner was notified - thought the ac guy was going to come check it out but did not- it needed a filter change per the message on the heating system we were a little.concerned as a few of us have asthma but we really only slept there.

Great for a family

We travelled with our adult children- everyone had their own room. Close enough to walk to the strip if you want (20-30 minutes) or uber $15-20. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool. Easy check in process.
