The bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed (200 x 200 cm), large built-in wardrobes, and additional storage space.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, housekeeping upon arrival and departure, and once per week during your stay with a change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance are also included.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal. In case of a forgotten code or lost key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD to replace the safe.

Please also note that an inventory will be conducted upon your arrival and departure. In order to save time at check-out, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to enable a quick review of linens, dishes, and all household appliances. The goal is to leave the property in the same condition you found it for the tenants who follow. Any lost or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of all.

We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors. It is forbidden to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., noise should be reduced to respect everyone's rest.
