Vegueta Apartment
Nice remodeled apartment, comfortable beds, location, bathrooms, kitchen, good communication with host, however there is no air conditioner as indicated in the amenities of the apartment. Perhaps lost in the translation. They have fans that were given to us. Ana Luisa is a great host that promptly responded to our needs.

Fantastic comfortable and stunning apartment
Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this property it was everything as per the description and some.
3 comfortable bedrooms, immaculate lounge and kitchen, nice bathroom and 2nd toilet as well as a roof terrace accessible by a lift just outside the front door- A quiet area with the cathedral and shops and bars nearby .
Our host was extremely helpful throughout every stage of our booking and stay - I definitely would recommend and return.

Great for everything!
This was the ideal property for us - two couples. The owner lived nearby and obligingly changed the bedroom arrangement into one double and one twin bedroom instead of two singles. The property is modern and comfortable. The lounge is spacious and has a large cable TV and WiFi. It has a bathroom with bath and shower over, a wc and bidet and a basin. There is also a separate toilet. The flat is located in the old city and is very central for the beach, bus station to get you out and about, museums and places to eat. We ate in sometimes which was nice too. On the balcony are table, chairs and sun loungers. We were able to relax and enjoy a sightseeing/beach holiday amongst some very pleasant people.

Very nice apartment in the old part of Las Palmas, 3 bedrooms and a very well equipt kitchen.
Our hostess, Ana Luisa, was very nice and gave us daily a lot of useful information.

modern, sauber, gute Lage
Das Quartier liegt sehr günstig zwischen Altstadt und Lokalen, City und Shopping, Strand und Hinterland, Flughafen und Autobahn. Alle diese Ziele kann man entweder zu Fuß oder in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Wegen Parken am Quartier muss man sich erkundigen, es ist ein Wohngebiet und entsprechend voll mit PKWs.
Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe mit 2 WCs, Zimmer und Küche sind modern ausgestattet, die Dachterrasse ist groß.
Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind gut erreichbar.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
