It is located at the foot of the beach in the area called Playa Chica which is just the central part of Playa de Las Canteras.
The apartment has:
One bedroom with king size bed that can be separated into two singles (sheets and duvets)
A glazed terrace.
Living room with sofa bed 150x200 for 2 people. Smart TV. Free fiber optic WIFI.
Open kitchen very well equipped (fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, minipimer)
Bathroom with shower (towels, hair dryer).
And we also provide towels for the beach.
It is a private apartment in a modern private housing building with elevator and concierge service which also handles the garbage collection.
In the apartment will have 2 sets of sheets and towels. But if you prefer, we can do the cleaning, and change sheets and towels once a week for 40 €.
The property is officially registered as "Holiday Housing". And each visit has to pay on arrival 7% cash tax.
The apartment is located in a very attractive area with ample supply of restaurants bars supermarkets pharmacies. The Las Arenas shopping center is the most important in the city and is only a 15-minute walk away.
Las Canteras is one of the most fascinating urban beaches in the world. You can enjoy it all year round thanks to its mild climate. It is a cove of more than 3 km of fine golden sand and crystalline waters, largely protected from the clash of waves by a natural barrier reef that allows to enjoy the sea and dive with total tranquility. In this area there is a great variety and abundance of fish. On the other hand, in the open area you can go surfing. There are many schools for surfing, paddle surfing and diving.
The beach of Las Canteras also has a very clean cleaning service. It has the distinctive Blue Flag of the European Union, as well as the precious Q of tourist quality.
In the avenue itself there are several playgrounds, a municipal library and the Alfredo Kraus music auditorium.
If you want to take excursions around the island, there are car rental companies in the area, and also the bus station is about 15 minutes walk, next to the El Muelle shopping center.
There are municipal bicycles for touring the city. And taxis are quite affordable. If you wish to transfer from and / or to the airport and notify us in advance, we can organize it with taxi drivers of our confidence.
