Basic, very clean. Lovely staff. Didn’t use the pool or pool bar as we went to the beach each day but it looked fine with an ample amount of sunbeds. Would stay again. We had a late flight and the staff very kindly gave us a towel when we came to pick up our bags so we could shower. Couldn’t ask for better service.

We had a lovely stay at Petrosana, the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. I would have only wished that the aircon was either stronger or that there was more than one, just because it took quite a long time for the place to cool down. Despite this, I had a very good time. Thank you!

It had 8.6 score, for me, not more than 6. No lift, room old, blankets old, air-conditioned with small AC on the wall, We waited 4-5 hours to get nice temp in the room. Kitchen old, bed old not comfy...wven the room key, old key like we use before electric. We check in 20:00 and check- out 5 hours later. Not worth the money's We paid.

Good, but I wouldnt stay again.

The hotel was nice, but the room was stinking cigars and the wifi didnt work properly. Also, I left the key accidentally in a restaurant nearby and I asked them to try calling them to retrieve it, but so far they didnt give me any feedback, so probably they will eant to charge me 30 EUROS of key tax!

Very good apartments

We booked good apartment with a very big balcony. The room has small kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge and dishes. The room was badly cleaned, the towels were gray. Butl this hotel is well located next to the street with bars and clubs, to a good beach 2 km. I recommended it

OK hotel, service not ideal

The hotel was overbooked and we had to stay at another hotel for the first night. The reality was that they dealt with this well (offering us a room at another, nicer, hotel is good) but the delivery of it was quite poor. When we arrived the receptionist laughed it off and said that we should share one room, and it was only when we didn't accept this that the offer changed. The next morning then we moved back, the team then said that we "must" sign a document which said that we had "been upgraded and were signing this confirmation of our own free will". Since this was untrue I initially said no, but was pushed to sign it so wrote comments in pen on the document. All in all not a great experience but if the hotel has the availability that it should, then it's a perfectly fine hotel.
