The room was spotless, great ocean view, quiet, and relaxing from our assigned room. The staff was great and friendly. Their night entertainment , dancers and singers were great! It was limited activities in the hotel yet more offers to explore cebu just sign up for tour if you would like. Their breakfast was so so. nothing special. During our stay the main place was crowded so they decided to have extension near the bar area and seemed a little organized and flies noted touching some foods. But it could be isolated situation. However, the ocean brought us to enjoy the moment not to see shortcomings. We love staying in Cebu with cheerful Filipino staff. Thank you again for wonderful accommodation! Whoever set up and cleaned our room you did a wonderful job! This made our sleep wonderful and recharged!

Room was excellent. Service was excellent. The only negative was the spa. We made reservations and was told there would be a charge if we canceled. We said ok. Booked for later that night in person. The spa canceled on us. Said someone did not show up for work. Not exceptable. We scheduled our whole day around the spa and was very disappointed when we arrived and they canceled with us.

The room was perfect, the food was incredible, this hotel seems to have the fastest and most readily elevators in the world and I’d like to thank Melch at the front desk for incredible service as well as Greg at the front lobby door. 10/10. No, 11/10.

Highly recommend d this hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic. The beach and pool were excellent also. The only downside is the surrounding area as you can’t walk to any restaurants or other beaches. We rented a motorbike and which helped us explore the island easily.
