The staff who greeted us were nice but the thing that made me give 3 stars is for their booking services. It wasn’t stated on the ad for the North Wing room that it wasn’t accessible or no elevators for the room, instead, what was written if it’s accessible or not is “tile flooring”. They should change the ad to avoid misunderstanding. My family loved the resort though, it was peaceful and quiet and the staff there were nice too.

I have stayed here in January and it was a nice place with Great Staff, there is construction on a new restaurant however minimal issues with it. Overall we were very happy with our last stay as well.

The children’s free play area really came in handy at check out. Watch out for the taxi fee to leave the property. Automatically starts at 100 pesos + 50 peso fee. Great spot to stay - but I had to book an extra night on the front side of my trip as my girlfriend would be arriving a day early. I didn’t book the upgraded room by accident. However, when talking to staff they assured me she would just have to pay the difference and then we could keep the same room so she wouldn’t have to check in/check out. When she arrived, they wouldn’t let her do upgrade the room. It was we still an amazing stay in the enjoyed it lots.
