Villa Elly is a pleasant 3 bedroom property in a good location - the centre of Playa Blanca is approximately 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. It has a good choice of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. What's more the fashionable Rubicon Marina is less than 10 minutes' drive away. The villa is spacious inside and out and makes a great choice for couples and small groups. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Elly is situated in the residential area of Parque Del Ray, Playa Blanca. The property is approximately 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive to the resort centre with a good number of shops, bars and restaurants overlooking the sea, plus the beach . Alternatively, the fantastic beaches of Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo are a little bit further. The chic Rubicon Marina has a commercial centre with fashion outlets, a supermarket, boutiques, bars and many international eateries, less than 10 minutes' drive away.
