Room was clean, staff were friendly, everyone knew English very well, tended quickly to unruly children (even my own) in order to quite them down and make them happy, helped us when we needed help, gave us pointers on how to save money on our trip, and more. We will be only staying at Disney hotels for now on when visiting any park(s) around the world.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and although the food is expensive it is good. Pool is good too. The one drawback is the location is well away of amenities so be prepared to be organised to bring food back or eat out in the city. Otherwise the only option is to eat in the hotel which is good but pricy. Top tips - the shuttle service to Disney is excellent all through the day in either direction. What we didn’t realise until the second day that as a resort hotel guest you get to access the park with platinum members in a private aisle as you enter Disneyland. If it’s busy this can save considerable time! Another nice touch at the hotel and complex is the readily available suncream and mosquito spray. Overall an excellent hotel experience but just be prepared for being a distance from amenities.

Travelled as a family of 4 with 5yo and 8yo. We utilised the shuttle alot, to get to the Disney MTR station and obviously to Disney. Very convenient, never had to wait long and exceptional aircon. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus when leaving the park at night - instead of battling thousands we just lined up and were at the hotel within about 15minutes. The food and beverage cost inside the hotel was eyewateringly expensive, as novel as I am sure the breakfast experience is we skipped it, the cost was going to be similar to a night's accommodation! Kids appreciated the games room, we did utilise one of the craft activities, which was quite good quality. The instant hot water in the room was appreciated. On demand disney shows was also nice. Character sightings every day was enjoyed by the kids. Pool was clean and comfortable - if you want to eat at the hotel the pool menu pricing was the most reasonably priced. We chose to eat off site a few times taking MTR to Sunny bay, one station either way had plenty of options. Tsing Yi exit G has great options or Tung Chung exit B in Citygate had plenty. Family dinner cost us $300HKD total instead of pp.

We had a layover for a night on our way to Seoul from Sydney. The rooms were so lovely and clean and I loved that we could book a connecting room. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi for our early flight the next morning. The buffet at Ink and Plate was quite expensive but that is to be expected. We got a photo with Donald Duck after dinner and loved exploring the gardens before we went to bed. It was a lovely stay.

The Hollywood Hotel might be the cheapest cost of the three HK Disney hotels but it is still Disney worthy. It was beautifully clean and chic in the interior and exterior, especially the spacious welcoming lobby, and the outdoor pool (which pleasantly has a water slide that the kids enjoyed immensely). The room was amazingly marvel, with us getting the Marvel Themed room, which had beautiful wall art and a personalized Marvel welcome screen on the TV. All the facilities were well thought out and in good working condition (tv, a/c, outlets, power adapters, light control console, safe, washroom facilities and locks). They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms for us and another room in out group which made for a more home-like and comfortable experience. Finally would like to shout out front desk member Louisa who was very friendly and made our check-in efficient and answered all our questions, and also Joe, who was the only member manning the welcoming lobby area when we were checking out at 6am on Aug 27. He assisted us with the luggage for our big group (3 rooms) and helped save us time and money by suggesting and obtaining 2 cabs that could hold us and all our luggage (we were initially going to take public transit since through Klook most transport services stated we would need more than 2 vehicles for the amount of luggage we had). Overall great experience, minor downside is if you stay for the fireworks at the park (shuttle ride wait might be long).
