Nice in the Property

We arrived to the property on Saturday June 22nd and immediately had to leave the property because of mice found there. We have contacted VRBO’s customer service and provided photos and a video. It has been over a week and nobody contacted me yet. I have spoken to four agents so far but they are telling me that I have to wait. I am wondering how long it will take to receive a full refund and maybe an apology for ruining my vacation.

Local wedding

This property is spacious and has all updated amenities. We are local to the area and hosted a small wedding ceremony with family staying at the property. Could not have been a more perfect and special event. The pool is a bonus and the soround sound music was key for our ceremony.

Palm Beach Florida Family Vaca

The house had ample room and was just as described. The neighborhood was not ideal but location was near many desired places of interest. Only suggestion would be just a few more homey comforts like additional wash cloths, grill without rust, sharp kitchen knives, and a kitchen shears. Everything else was perfect and we had the best time visiting all of the recommended places. Thank you so kindly for your hospitality. The manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable as well. Loved the extras like bluetooth music, tvs in all rooms, etc.

Unhappy & Not worth it

Master bedroom uncomfortable bed,all beds cheap and uncomfortable no hot water in master bathroom, sheets were stained and paper thin with no matress covers. TV in master bedroom and living room did not work. Outside of the house is cracked and chipped all around with bumpy green carpet, broken fence, zero landscaping. This is a house not a home. The management was lousy.

Looks great, but .....

There has been money spent on upgrading this house. The counter-tops, floors and appliances all look nice and new. But, the house is not being kept up. There are a bunch of minor dings and breakages that are not being dealt with. Added up, these many small issues become a negative experience.

You may want to stay somewhere else

We were scheduled to stay a few days but left after one night. Beds were all very uncomfortable. Sink had toothpaste in it when we checked in, dirty silverware were in the tray in the drawer, dirty towel. Master shower water hardly came out. Not a great area for a VRBO rental. No garage access.
