This was the best stocked house we've ever stayed at, it had everything. Set up nicely, very clean and easy directions for use. Would definitely stay at again.

Great stay super convenient to EL. Comfortable beds, and had everything that we needed. The upstairs loft was warm in the summer, but we were able to make it comfortable enough for our kids (though still warm) by closing the vents downstairs. Check out the taco joint around the corner! We will stay again when in town visiting family.

Lansing

We loved everything about the house, the location, neighborhood, cleanliness. The only thing was the trash can was full, then the lawn man stuffed yard debris in and it wouldn’t close and started stinking along with flies everywhere. We would rent again, even told a local if they knew anyone that needed a place to stay to check it out.

A cozy visit

The house is cute, kitchen well appointed. The second downstairs bathroom isn’t great and we head a little trouble with the kitchen sink draining but I would still stay again.

Amazing stay!

The check in process was very easy. We communicated with Mike that we may need early check in as we were driving into town and arrived a bit earlier than expected. Mike was super easy to talk to and had no problem allowing us to check in early. The house was super cute and accommodating. The backyard is big and awesome and the ping pong table was a huge hit! I definitely recommend!

Overall a nice place. Mike was very responsive when we got locked out. The dumpsters were both full from the previous guests. The house had everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay.

Very Clean and Nice Location

We were in town to visit a relative for a few days. The house is very clean and nicely furnished. Having a real dining table was great (it can seat 6) and allowed us to eat-in so we could hang around and talk after dinner. We appreciated the host contacting us a few weeks prior to the trip with info about the house. If you need a house with bathrooms right near all of the bedrooms, this probably isn't the house for you, but for just the two of us it worked great!

Such a great place!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kipling house. The home was super clean, and very cozy, we loved the extra items in the kitchen to help in case we forgot something. We have everything we needed and then some, and we especially enjoyed sitting in the living room each morning looking out the window at the GORGEOUS tree out front. Highly recommend! No issues whatsoever.
