Great pool and beach though lots of jelly fish on some days. Staff friendly but not super knowledgeable unfortunately (concierge, food and beverage desk folks didn’t know basic info). Rooms: family suites very kiddy, no privacy- definitely not good for families with older kids. Oceanfront room very nice. Overall very pricey but decent room lace to spend a few days

Amazing Stay at Park Royal Resort Langkawi We stayed at Park Royal Resort Langkawi and had an amazing experience. The hotel has a beautiful ocean view and easy access to everything. The pool on the 5th floor was very nice, and the view from there was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from, and the view during breakfast made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and the 24-hour room service was excellent—we didn’t need to ask for anything because everything was already perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they truly made our stay special. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who checked us in, Ahmed. After a long flight, he gave us a very warm welcome and made the entire stay relaxing from the very beginning. He helped us with everything we needed, and we are very grateful to him. Superb family fun - 5 star

Amazing 5 star hotel with superb location.the sizzle by the sea event buffett is fabulous and great entertainment as well. The para sailing and Hidden cage is right next door. Staff is superb with Nor and Ashenee providing best service. Spacious rooms and good gym and ocean views. Breakfast was also tasty and truly 5 star!
