The apartment is very spacious.However, the apartment is very out dated. The pillows are very yellow with sweat stains but the air con works wonderfully. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and took us with our luggage to the apartment.Upin check out ,the hotel staff came to pick us up to the hotel to check out.

I am rating this three star only because the hotel staff worked really hard to remedy all the problems we faced other wise this would have been one star. We had reserved a three bedroom apartment for two nights, but everything went wrong from the start, from a non working parking gate key to a broken AC in one of the bedroom. The apartment was also very dated and the floor dusty, probably no one booked it for a long time. Without a working AC in one of the bedrooms we are one bed short so we asked to change room. They placed us into a top floor suite in their hotel ( which is right next to the apartment building) and offered us vouchers for free breakfast the next day. We really appreciated their gestures. However the room was still dirty, and every night there were small bugs crawling out of the sewage in the bathroom. We knew they gave us a good room so didn't push any more complaints, but was very glad to leave the hotel after two nights.

We like the location, which was reasonably central for us. I want to say the staff was absolutely amazing. Their hospitality was next to none. There was ample parking. The property is dated Ave requires renovations, however it was OK. I would stay here again.

ALL GOOD. ... just a small request, adjust the water pressure in the master bed room, as it is very slow and couldn't use it, and we managed to use the common wash room.

Old apartment with no maintenance, broken shower. Suggesting to hv full renovation and maintaining from there for HIG. This area was part of Condo Istana area which was old abandoned once.

It's is confuse when the HIG Apartment actually is beside the HIG Hotel which is name Kondo Istana before. So the facility is quite old and the room overall just over the boundary

The HIG Kondo

When we first arrived at the kondo, the first impression as if the kondo is an abandoned property. Nobody at the ground floor to assist when we have query about the parking. Most of the offices at the gound floor were empty and look like it was a store room. The furnitures in the kondo are very old, not well maintained. The kondo also was not properly cleaned. The water pressure is very low and one of the bathroom had a very dirty bathtub. The only good thing about this kondo it was spacious and very near to the eating & shopping outlets
