Hosts stopped responding immediately after check-in. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We reported the issues right away, but nothing was addressed and all follow-up messages were ignored. Expedia was also unable to reach the host. Towels had stains. Sheets had hair and dark fuzz. Floors were dirty. The kitchen counter was covered in sugar, and the nightstands and shower had visible debris and dust. We booked this place partly for the sofa bed, but no second set of sheets was provided for the entire stay. Overall, poor cleanliness and no communication made this a disappointing stay.

I stayed with my husband. It’s close to the Ramstein AFB. Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The towels were clean. The location is in a residential neighborhood making it a safe place to be. We had booked somewhere else before this and we wish we found this place sooner! Just follow instructions to get in and out and you should be fine. No elevator which is mentioned but otherwise don’t think twice. Great stay and I’ll book again without hesitation. They have a microwave and spacious refrigerator for long stays.

The place is clean and new but since it’s summer, fan is a must and that’s what we didn’t have. The location looks a little bit unsafe and so we took out all our valuable stuff from the car. But overall, for the price that we paid it was worth it.
