We stayed here last year and don’t remember it being as rundown as It was this year. Staff was very limited and we felt bad for them having to do multiple roles throughout our four day stay. The beds and pillows were terrible! The breakfast was bare minimum. To pay $200 a night and have these types of accommodations is horrible. We will not be staying here again.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable stay, with breakfast, on a budget … and that’s exactly what we got! Breakfast was good, though limited options for people like us who eat gluten-free. Occasionally we had difficulty finding a staff member, as the one person at the desk was sometimes off needing to do something else … but that was really it. We would definitely stay again!

It was okay. I would think here would be more employees to take care of the front desk. The same person had to refill the milk. I stayed here because my daughter had selected this hotel. Should have microwaves in the room.

Very nice and friendly.

Sparks is just as you come in to Lancaster and right beside a Dunkin’ Donuts. The hotel itself is very nice. I don’t know when I’ve slept in one. That is more quiet. It’s a little hard to get in and out, but the traffic wasn’t too bad when we were. I have a bad back so it’s extremely hard to sit in a bed and try to watch TV so I ask them if they had a chair and then within a half hour I had one in my room can’t beat that for service, which was great anything I asked for ask about was taken care of right away. If you’re into a big breakfast, this is not a place for you. Mostly bagels, cereal, yogurt, milk, bananas, and oranges and coffee. An yes we would stay here again. Over all we really like Sparks.
