Newly built apartment, nicely furnished in Shabby Chic style, equipped with furnished veranda, living room furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, also has a sofa bed for 2 persons, complete with air conditioning, tv, wi-fi and washing machine. It enjoys a large private garden with barbecue and games for children, ideal for a quiet and relaxing away from the noise, near the sea and the beaches of Cala Pisana and Cala Creta, not far from the town center of Lampedusa and 300 meters from the supermarket. Un posto perfetto!
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato 9 giorni a Lampedusa a luglio 2022. La casa è pulita bella e profuma quando entri. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili e la casa si trova in una via privata lontano dal caos ma comunque in centro e comoda a tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Casa stupenda e di nuova costruzione anche se piccola è tutto accessoriato in maniera ottima, la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell’isola,non a piedi però ma con un mezzo si è vicini a tutto.

Soluzione fantastica per chi ha bambini , ma anche per chi vuole passare una vacanza all’insegna della tranquillità pur essendo comodi al centro cittadino ; che si può raggiunge in pochi minuti con la macchina o altro mezzo a due ruote . Location molto curata ed i proprietari sono stati molto ospitali, rendendo il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale . Grazie Rosalia e Michele

Bellissima posizione logistica ,ottima pulizia, ottima disponibilità dei proprietari,
Siamo stati in questa struttura nella prima settimana di giugno la casa e ottima, soprattutto per posizione logistica, speciale ed ineguagliabile per chi ha bimbi piccoli ,pulita e semplice nel suo insieme, nulla da dire.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Se proprio si vuol far notare qualcosa è la totale insufficenza del mini frigo assolutamente non idoneo per quattro persone,cio ti costringe a fare la spesa ogni giorno nel congelatore ci va solo una bottiglia di acqua, oltrechè rumoroso la notte.
Ottima disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari abitanti nella stessa locazione sempre attenti a tutto.
Unica nota stonata da far notare ai proprietari e che un pomerigio ci siamo ritrovati con decine di bambini con genitori e parenti annessi a girare nella struttura per un compleanno , , non è cosi che funziona!!! vorrei vedere se tutti noi affittuari dei mini appartamenti ci fossimo messi cosa tra l'atro dovuta , a girare in costume o a prenderci il sole nelle sdraio in mezzo a tutta quella gente ,
Per il resto l'isola è bellissima ,fantastica per chi ama il mare andateci.ed andate dalla Sign. Rosalia consigliato.

Rosalia e Michele ottimi padroni di casa. Disponibili ma discreti.
Appartamento molto molto carino con bello spazio fuori (veranda e possibilità di utilizzo giardino), tenuto molto bene, curato e pulito. A breve distanza da supermercato, centro e spiagge. Sicuramente ottima esperienza.
