The Room was very clean, and it smelled very clean. The hotels itself were very clean and nice. The breakfast was good. The wife liked the shopping center next to the hotel. I would give it a A++ rating.

Everything was so perfect until the last night when we got back from my cousin’s wedding. Our room door was left open from housekeeping. Our key that I had left in for the lights was removed so I had to find my spare key to turn on the light. Then I had to go downstairs to ask the receptionist for a new key. I also learned that if there’s anything on the bed, they will not make up the bed. My daughter had her stuffed toy and her blanket on the bed so they did not make her side up. I was not impressed the way the room was cleaned. I’m thankful that nothing was stolen because the door was left open. The receptionist said that someone would contact me today, but I have not heard back from management. This is why I’m giving 3 stars.
