Convenient location for walking to everything downtown LP! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It made a great home base to visit neighboring attractions within an hour. We had great communication with Rudy and appreciate the effort made to accommodate our family upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Check-in was easy with the details that were given. The kitchen had everything we needed, if I could give one thing for feed back would be more small teaspoon size spoons are needed. The space and bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Clean comfortable beds. The only thing I can give feedback for would be the toilet paper roll holder kept falling off in the back bathroom and a hand towel holders in all three bathrooms which really is not a big deal. Other than that everything was great. Location was perfect, parking was great, and the porch was a nice place to read.

This house was absolutely great ! The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere in town or to the beach from there. It is very well appointed and the owner was particularly helpful when we had a question about a window missing a shade. We would definitely come back another year.

Mini Family Vacation

Despite the cold/rainy weather, we had a wonderful weekend vacation. The host Rudy was great to work with, giving us lots of suggestions for indoor activities and restaurants. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus! We'll be back in the future.

Winter Getaway

We came to Lake Placid for our first time to ski/snowboard Whiteface, skate on the lake, see the town and visit the Olympic venues. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! The house was absolutely gorgeous and more than i was even hoping for. Beautifully updated, open concept living room/kitchen but also large enough to offer some privacy and space for our in laws. I would definitely love to stay here again, we were all sad to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping to make our trip perfect!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was unbeatable--close enough to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, but far away enough to enjoy quiet time on the front porch. The house was large, clean, and bright, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would absolutely recommend this rental.

Perfect Family Getaway

My partner and I have both spent a lot of time in Lake Placid before we were together. This was the first time coming back since we started a family and this house was the perfect place to do that. There are essentially 2 primary suites with another bathroom in the third bedroom and a half bath in the laundry room, which we used! It should also be noted that the washer/dryer are top of the line. The fourth room was the perfect play room for the kids and then converted to their bedroom at the end of the day with the pull out couch. The grill is was huge and fully functional and the kitchen island/dining room table was actually awesome for keeping messy kid eaters contained. Everything worked as it should have and was exceptionally clean. Parking is easy...Yes, there is a pretty steep hill when you are coming back from town, but we brought a stroller and it did not hinder the experience at all. This home is a gem and we hope to stay here in the future. Thank you!

Having 3 bedrooms all with a bathroom was perfect for our family of seven. The large kitchen & table was also a plus for a large group. It is a great location that made it easy to get to anywhere in Lake Placid! We enjoyed our stay here!

Very good location to walk to areas for shopping and dining. House was nice but outside areas (front and side porch) were not cleaned off for sitting outside without getting dirty from pollen/dust/dirt possibly after the winter/spring season. Otherwise, overall was a nice stay.

Comfortable, clean, great location.

This place is wonderful. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and pillows are super cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware, grilling utensils, and misc other kitchen items. Nice washer and dryer. Body wash/shampoo/conditioner were provided and very good quality product. The kitchen/living space is bigger than it appears. TVs in each room makes for everyone to be able to wind down and watch their show/movie if necessary. Only a few board games but that was fine for us since we spent a lot of our time hiking/exploring the area. The porch is amazing. Great place to read, have a glass of wine and/or just relax. The location is perfect - just walk down the hill and you are right where all the shopping/restaurants are. Plus the Olympic center is right there. Close drive to putt-putt, the ski jump, VanHoevenberg, grocery stores and so much more. Great communication and recommendations by Rudy! Top class host and place to stay. We would definitely book again and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay/experience!!

Lake Placid extra long weekend

We were a family of 8, with adult children. We have stayed in short term rental homes in Europe, Mexico, Canada and the US. This home was very clean and spacious, had all amenities you would need, the host was very responsive. Short walk to Main Street, the Olympic Arena/ Museum and Mirror Lake. Great place to stay.

Lake Placid Weekend

The house was amazing. Located a close walk into the town shops and restaurants. Lots of room for everyone. The large kitchen and living room was a great place to gather, cook and have fun. Would definitely book again.

Great stay

Went up with 4 friends to go skiing and we all had plenty of room and space. The place was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and had all that you needed. Perfect getaway to the Adirondacks and the host was very clear with expectations. Would definitely rent again!
