This is a brand new 4 bedroom lake house on a very private and quiet 3/4 acres home site. Nestled on a private 52 acre lake Saddlebags. This house has relaxation written all over it. Come relax and swim in the spring fed, sand bottom lake. Comes with a boat dock and 14' aluminum boat. All amenities are included from sheets and blankets, pots & pans, towels, games, books, etc.... Each room has its own smart tv and full internet television.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
