On a positive note, the property is in a great location in lake Mary. Close to everything. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. He responded very quickly to all my inquiries. The kitchen is nice and has new appliances. That's where the positive ends. I am well traveled and have never come across a property as substandard as this. The house was absolutely filthy. Dirty sheets with blood stains, clothing inside a made bed, mold on the wall. Mold on the ceiling, sticky residue all over the table, snack crackers on the floor under the table when we checked in, trash underneath the bed where it was never swept out. Broken blinds all over the house and one of the bedrooms didn't even have blinds. It was pure Sunshine first thing in the morning so there was no sleeping in. My 86-year-old mother had planned to stay with us a few nights but we decided it was too substandard and too icky for her to stay there.The internet was spotty. the TV was very user unfriendly. We wanted to watch college football and the only way we could figure out how to do it was to do airplay on my husband's phone. None of the remotes were with the proper TVs so we had to wander around the property looking for them. Some of the remotes didn't have batteries so we had to buy our own.Several of the lamps were broken and didn't work. There was no front porch light so when we came home at night it was pitch black. Would not recommend this place.

Very nice stay. The host is very nice and answered any questions we had. Very peaceful relaxing atmosphere. We loved the hammocks out by the lake. Nice neighborhood but away from the neighbors.
