Upon arrival there was no one to check us in, Staff came to work at around 3:40pm. He was not friendly. As we were putting things away there was a cockroach in the fridge, and was not cleaned well. The only internet was in the hallway. Our two children were upset. I had called two days before our check in to ask if the suite had pots, He said yes,there are two. there were none and we didn't bring any. I had ask about their breakfast, I was told it was a full breakfast. It was not, The only fruit was rotten apples, biscuits had something green on them. So we were afraid to eat anything. No coffee pot in room.
When we pulled out the sofa sleeper it had crumbs, had no sheets only a mattress protector, the mattress was coils covered with fabric. We had to put the couch cushion together and sleep on them. The bathroom was dirty. At check out, I had let the Staff know that outside the door was Cheetos and ants were all over the entrance. Two hours later when we left they were still there. We will never stay there again.
