The property is beautiful! The pictures in the booking accurately showcase the home, amenities and location. It was a perfect place to unwind, enjoy a couples getaway. Fantastic home!

We came to celebrate our son’s graduation. The house is perfect. Well stocked kitchen and backyard is perfect! Garage is great and home had extra pool toys and umbrellas for us to use! We loved it!

You’ll love the pool & Gazebo

This house is amazingly well done. It flows very well inside and out. It was build with upgraded custom features, takes advantage of the lake views from the pool and even better by the elevated outside gazebo/bbq/bar area. The kitchen is huge for entertaining as well. Comfortable beds, nice sound system, and perfect location.The property managers are fantastic. I needed to have something delivery by Amazon which they put into the locking mailbox. The owners coordinated quickly with me and their cleaners to come and get me into the mailbox so I could get my delivery. Top notch home and management, book with 100% confidence…just not at the same time as our next trip into town lol

Wonderful!

This house is terrific. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to everything we needed. Everything from the RV garage to the pool and spa to the outdoor kitchen is top notch. Kitchen is very well equipped. We had a great stay!

Recommended for those looking for luxury

This is my second time staying here. I stayed for 14 nights. The house is new, built just one year ago. The TV, washing machine, and everything are up to date, so I feel safe. The owner, Mark, responds quickly. When I asked Mark to refill the toilet paper, he did so two hours later. He always responds quickly. I feel safe. The jacuzzi heats up in about 30 minutes, so it's convenient when I want to use it. The bed is also comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next year.

This home is worth it!

This home is very up to date in style ! The backyard is absolutely stunning . Great views . The RV garage was great to be able to put our boat away at night . We will definitely stay here again . The host Mark always responded immediately if I had a questions .

These guys got it right. Even the toilet paper was nice. This place was clean, comfortable and everything worked flawlessly. If you’re going to Havasu or just passing through and need a nice place to stay this is it. We had a blast here. Kudos to the hosts and property owners.

You will fall in love

The property was equipped with everything you need just bring close. We drove 12 hr to came to go to lake and most of us didn’t want to leave the property. Host was fast with a communication either letting me know something or me asking questions. Definitely want to rent once or twice a year when returning.

Wonderful time

The Trifecta is a great place to vacation. Its large, clean, and in a great location of town. The kitchen was easy to work in, with the open concept, and easy to stay involved with what's on TV, or the conversation. Livingroom seating was comfortable for watching the large TV. Great for our movie night. Bedrooms were large enough to be comfortable and the beds made for a good night's sleep. The second laundry in the garage got used a couple times. With the half bath in the garage, that you can also enter into from the pool was wonderful when lounging at the cabana. The outdoor cabana and pool side had plenty of seating, lounging, and let's not forget the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. With the views mountains one way lake the other way. All and all this is a beautiful spacious home.

Beautiful House!

Amazing Vacation Home! The house is brand new, with everything you need for a weekend in Lake Havasu. Mark was available from the second we booked and helped through the check-in process. The Pool and Spa are gorgeous, everything is managed via iPad and is super easy to manage. Huge garage that can easily park an RV and Side by side-by-side vehicles. Nice view of the lake from the backyard, and is simply a great house to stay in if you are planning a weekend in the area.

It's a new, beautiful house.

We stayed for 13 nights. Highly recommended for people looking for a new home. There's a water purifier in the kitchen, a large TV with YouTube, a new washing machine, a jacuzzi that boils quickly in 30 minutes, and clean beds and towels. The garage is spacious and clean. The owner, Mark, immediately responded to our questions and requests for toilet paper. Thank you.

Better than what me & my family expected! Amazing stay

First impression was how beautiful and vlean this home is ! Everything looks new from the kitchen to the rooms/bathrooms and the backyard ! The back yard was our favorite . Perfect for the family . Our kids enjoyed the pool and spa very much and the bbq area was perfect for entertaining . The location was also great . The home is about 7 minutes from london bridge and very close to convenience stores . We will definitely be staying here again ! Last but not least communication with the host was also great . Mark made sure to provide important details before we arrived and we appreciate that we were able to check in early . Thank you mark!
