Escape to this adorable 2-bedroom house in Lake Havasu City located at Sams Beachcomber resort on the island. Newly remodeled with new furnishing and appliances. The bedrooms offer a king and queen bed for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of our Golf Cart to get around. There are Smart TVS in every room including the patio area. The place is stocked as well as a BBQ. The resort has a heated pool and jacuzzi year round. A beach to relax on. There is a free launch ramp, as well as boat docks for boats 26’ and under for additional fee paid to the resort. There are laundry facilities on the premises. We our next to London Bridge, many restaurants, and walking trails. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.
