Everything about this home was perfect. It had everything that you would need for your stay, it was clean and as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The pool and the hot tub were great, clean and warm as we had it heated. We will definitely stay again when in the area and gladly recommend to anyone.

Really nice house. Everything went smooth. Really good communication with the owners. We did pay extra to have the pool and hot tub heated. There was some hiccups with the timing of when it was turning on and off but again really good communication with the owners and it was fixed and a small refund was given.

The house is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Nice neighborhood and beautiful home. It was the nicest havasu home I have stayed at.The pool was fantastic!I would definitely recommend this home and would gladly stay again.

Home from home

Lovely, cosy property in a nice neighbourhood. The place was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner left us a welcome pack too, with handy things like shampoo, toothpaste, plasters etc. The pool was refreshing and well maintained with plenty of furniture. It was totally private too. We didn't bother with heating in May and it was fine. We've stayed in Havasu a few times and if we went again, we'd definitely book this place.

awesome stay this year too! Every one of our 16 days in this vacation home (the Santa Fe) was terrific. Very comfortably furnished, everything we could possibly think of needing was there had we wanted to cook… Master bedroom bed super comfortable. TV system great and easy for us 2 seniors to use. Our favorite backyard pool/spa escape of all the places we’ve stayed in… Host very responsive—-They’ve obviously traveled their share and have thought of everything for a relaxing home away from home.

We are a senior couple. We celebrated a 77th birthday. Beautiful, very livable home. Everything there for cooking. We ate out and didn’t take advantage of the wonderful kitchen. We spent most of our days in the fabulously designed pool and spa. Safety railings to get in and out of both terrific and designed of a material that didn't get too hot. we had both heated. Used the outdoor shower which was very convenient. Real pride in ownership was displayed in every aspect of this home. Would love to go back.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient! All that and more!

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was very comfortable for our family. Nice design touches. We took dips in the pool while not at the lake. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was like a home away from home and we enjoyed our stay!
