Plenty of parking out front, gated parking to accommodate boats and off road toys, rv parking with hookups! Every tv is set up with Netflix ready to stream! Fully equipped kitchen look no further!

Awesome weekend at the Lake

1st time visiting Lake Havasu. House was as described. Very clean and well sticked with towels and hime utensils. AC worked great and the pool was crystal clear. Location was close to everything. No more than 5 mins away from gas, stores, food and lake. Would definitely recommend this house. Erik had great communication. Only negative was a pool umbrella was broken but we made it work. 10/10 overall

Perfect Spot, close to everything!

We truly enjoyed this house for an entire week. The weather was not exactly perfect the last week of February, but we stayed warm and cozy here. Comfortable beds, nice and spacious for our family to visit and play cards. Hot tub is exactly what we needed after long days of playing outdoors. My dog loved having his own yard and not being on a leash outside hotels all the time! Thanks! We will be sure to come back again.
