Esta es una gran casa de vacaciones de verano y una casa perfecta para los meses de invierno. Ubicado en la orilla del lago de la autopista 95, está cerca de la ciudad y cerca de la rampa de lanzamiento / agua. Enorme garaje para 5 automóviles con aire acondicionado, estacionamiento en R. V. a un lado y la parte trasera de la propiedad con conexiones COMPLETAS. House es un lote de esquina que tiene 13,000 pies cuadrados. House tiene 1700 pies cuadrados y está completamente cargado con todo lo que pueda necesitar.

House tiene una excelente cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades, pisos cerámicos, encimeras de Corian. Hay un balcón en la azotea con vistas al lago y sus alrededores. La piscina es de borde infinito y se puede calentar.

We enjoyed this property. It was very close to to the Lake Havasu state park boat ramp. The side lot made it very easy to park our boat. The couch was super comfortable and the carpet was new and in good condition. The upper patio was with lake view was beautiful. There were plenty of towels. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this home is what was expected and more. The house is quiet, the view was nice and the waterfall feature was great to sit by and have coffee or wine (depending on time). The beds were very comfy and there are plenty of towels and kitchen gear to use, I never felt without. Close to everything, dock, town and everything you need. Communication with Chris was easy and quick, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this home. My family and I will return.

This home is beautiful and comfortable and the views are incredible! My family stayed here over Christmas and it offered plenty of space and proximity to all the hiking and attractions near by.

We had a wonderful stay and Chris was always available. He always answered our annoying questions with patience and knowledge. From our checkin to our check out it was the perfect place for our group to relax and rejuvenate. We would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in Lake Havasu again.

This was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed at in Lake Havasu. The property was extremely clean, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the communication with the host was outstanding from beginning to end.No matter what time I messaged the host, they responded immediately. One evening I sent a late message asking if the pool heater could be turned on, and it was done right away. That level of responsiveness and hospitality truly stood out.The home itself was much bigger than I expected and so comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets for relaxing on the couch, and every detail throughout the home was thoughtfully done and beautiful. The pool area was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable.Considering it was a holiday weekend, the price was extremely reasonable and honestly the best value I found. There was also plenty of parking, which made everything convenient for our group.It is obvious the host takes great pride in their home and genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone and would stay here every single time I visit Lake Havasu.

From start to finish everything went smoothly with this immaculate rental. Great location and very comfortable living room, with the nicest couch perfect for a group visit. The mattresses and bedding were all so comfy too. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with large lots and is quiet. Chris made sure any question was addressed immediately in a friendly and professional manner. This was the perfect place for a girls trip with 5 of us. Everyone had their own bed. The sunsets we saw from the viewing deck were breathtaking. We would love to return to Lake Havasu and stay here again!

We had the best time celebrating with family this past weekend. The house was perfect for all 10 of us. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and we all loved the pool, location and views. We will be back soonPS The host was great and quickly answered our questions

Good space for parking the RZR and trailer. State trust land trails directly behind the property. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Owner very responsive to questions.

We stayed at this house for a golf tournament. Four Ladies, four bedrooms and three baths worked out perfect. Loved the pool time in the evenings along with ping pong and foosball parties after golf. We would book again next year if we get into the tournament! We didn't use the kitchen much nice Keurig for coffee in the mornings.

Overall the house was nice and clean and located at the end of the street. Parking was easy, plenty of boat parking. House was quiet and not surrounded by neighbors, so that was a bonus.Unfortunately, we ran out of propane the first morning- the owner did say we can get one and get reimbursed- but it was just inconvenient to run out while cooking for a house full of people before a day on the water. And the freezer kept already cold items mostly frozen, but the ice cream and popsicles melted, and the ice we bought ahead of time was soft. Ice maker didn't work well either. No toiletries in the house at all- just something to keep in mind- i forgot shampoo (ugh!)Luckily, ice and propane were the majority of the issues. The property has a great view from the deck and is quiet. Pool is kind of small but gets the job done.Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was easy, launch ramp close by.One of the bedrooms you have to enter through the garage or master closet- I may have missed that in the listing but it was a little surprise at the time.
