The Lodges at Cresthaven were the perfect place for a family getaway. Rooms were extremely spacious and well stocked. The view from the room overlooking Lake George was breathtaking. Lots of activities on the premises great for all ages, including but not limited to playground, gym, game area, exercise room, restaurant, etc. Individual units having parking garages was a very nice touch. Full and well accessorized kitchen meant that we didn’t have to spend excess money on going out to eat. The gas-fired stove kept the room warm and was extremely easy to use and the bathroom was quite spacious. Would’ve liked to have had a door on the bathroom, but perhaps that was unique to our room related to handicap accessibility. Great location and very well situated to explore Lake George area and white water rafting and outdoor outdoor activities just slightly north west.

The view of Lake George from our balcony was spectacular! We also enjoyed the convenience of lakeside dining on premises at the Boathouse.

This place was nice and clean and in a perfect location for seeing the lake. They had a heated pool which was nice for an April trip. My group enjoyed the spacious cabin. Look forward to returning to this place.

Stay Away! I don’t write reviews so here it goes. If you are open in the winter months and illustrate you have a gym, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, pool, restaurant etc. and customers pay full price they should get full service. None of these items were open or usable. The gym was 40 degrees, equipment did not work, tv’s did not work. Restaurant, pool,hot tub not open, Outdoor fireplace not even close. The service was so bad when I called because we smelled gas from the indoor fireplace no one came or called back to check. We were out all day and would be back until late so I requested additional bathroom items soap, shampoo, tp etc to be dropped at the door. Not only was it never done they said I could come get them at the office. The people “working” in the office just sit around and do nothing and literally are anti-customer service. Do everyone a favor and close in the winter if you are only going to be run like a self serve campground with no amenities. Really lame, obvious won’t be back but I would the owner to give me a call however I know they won’t.
