This hotel look like a motel. How could you ask to rate service there is no service no one is at the front desk after 11 pm. There is absolutely nothing in this hotel. How dare they charge over 350.00 this is a terrible hotel it has absolutely nothing to offer!

Hotel appears to have been remodeled, non smoking room clearly was a smoking room at one point because it still smells. Took front desk staff about 10 minutes to come to desk to check in. Completely over priced for the accommodations. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t on when I arrived, so it felt damp at first. There was also a noticeable smell in the lobby and hallway. Overall, it’s a clean place, but the atmosphere could be improved.

Great stay

Very clean, comfortable bed and good coffee in the morning. They do not have an elevator so if you are on the second floor be aware of that. I would definitely stay again. Close to Lake Geneva.

The motel was fine. I have 3 complaints. Number one NO ELEVATOR at all. My poor husband carrying all the luggage’s up the stairs. Number 2 no USB to charge my gadgets we are in 2025. Number 3 the breakfast only package food no fresh food at all. I mean we paid almost 300 for one night stay could have been better.

Cheapest place to stay near lake Geneva and does the job but I feel like even for almost $200 a night it should be updated a bit. The water and shower smelled like sewer and there were stains on the bedding. Overall building is outdated but for one night did the job, everything else seemed clean.

This is the place to stay in this area. Close to everything. Excellent king room, great bed, very clean. Breakfast is included in your stay, just not listed, with a good simple selection. The pool is very clean. Well worth the visit.
