When checking in the girl at the front desk was pretty rude from the get go and when I told her I reserved 2 rooms she started to argue with me that I only reserved 1 room with 2 double beds. We went back and forth until I was finally able to pull up my reservation and she said well it’s no in the computer under that name they put it under someone else’s name. When she printed the paper for me to sign it did not have someone else’s name it had my name. She was just plain rude

The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The room was not that clean. There was dirt and dust in the corners of the bathroom. It looked like the floors had been swept quickly and not vacuumed. The beds we’re comfortable and towels were nice. Breakfast was fine— cold cereal and fruit. It was an adequate stay for a nights sleep. However there was a car alarm going off in the parking lot the entire night.

The guy working breakfast hollered at my son for getting cereal and slung the bowl at him. There were stains on the sheets the ac didnt work worth a crap.

We enjoyed our stay for one night while passing through. Good variety of restaurants. Only complaint is that there was a decent amount of noise from the road/traffic. We were toward the front end of the duilding so that probably had something to do with it.

Sometimes the Name is not Enough

I always believed that any establishment that has the Wyndham name attached to it would be operated at a certain level of higher standards. The checkin process took long because they had just one person at the counter, that operated the machine. THere was definitely a language problem and it challenged my check in. The facility is the old style which means open with customers walking outside and making loud noises. THe area is extremely bad, located right outside a major road which meant lots of vehicle noises and music. THe room was clean but the lamp was broken and the carpet was nasty. The TV was nice. Very dissapointed in this location.
