Lovely modern 2 bedroom villa just across the road from Lake Cathie Bowling club and close to the lake and the beach. A picnic BBQ area and playground at the lake reserve, close to local shops. Please note you will need to provide your own linen.

Lounge/dining with T.V, Stereo, video. Modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Auto washer in laundry/bathroom - shower only. Single carport parking with front roller door. Sleeps 5. 1 Queen bedroom opens out to private shady patio, 1 Double with single bunk above. Fenced rear yard with private outdoor BBQ deck and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Lovely freshly decorated home

The home was very comfortable and centrally located to various beaches and waterways. We had a very enjoyable stay. The property had plenty of beds and kitchen equipment/ crockery to facilitate a relaxing holiday. Thank you
