Nice Northshore resort. The room is spacious compare to other double Queen beds. Highly recommend and we definitely will book again for future visit.

Terrific location, right across beautiful beaches. Pretty decent location with not much traffic(traffic yes but not like in Waikiki) 1. Parking costs an extra $15/day which was not expected during my booking. Was told after reaching there. 2. After spending a week there the staff was unwilling to let us extend our stay by 3hrs. They wanted another $15/hr. 3. Good options were available but very limited. 4. Their dryer’s on the property needed quarters and did not accept credit cards making it difficult for us to go run around every time we visited the beach, which was everyday.

Everything was great
It was ridiculous that they didn’t service the rooms. We had to track down towels and leave garbage out in the hallways. The place was a war zone with dirty towels and garbage in the hallways. All to protect everyone. Another hotel we stayed at just waited until we weren’t in the room and everyone was protected. Use some common sense!! We’re paying a lot of money. You can do better than that!
We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed and more! Convenient location and great service. Clean and Well maintained property!
This place is way understaffed. Have to wait for evrything. Breakfast is only open a small period of time. Have to come ask for things daily. When asking you feel bad. Rooms small. King bed is not a King it's a queen. Beware. Ben was super nice and awesome!
We loved the pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball areas. The pool was beautiful. Very close to the ocean. Just across the street.

The staff there is extremely rude. We were eating in the pool area and a staff walks through and doesn’t even look at us and says no eating by the pool. Really? We paid full price to be in that hotel and just because we’re locals we’re discriminated against. We went to have breakfast and we were 1 minute past 9 am and they couldn’t serve us. I swear the staff there acts like they own the place. You are in the SERVICE industry, SERVE the people providing your paycheck.
