This fully upgraded 1 bedroom plus den condo at the Honua Kai Resort boasts breathtaking views of the West Maui Mountains. With 915 sq. ft. of living space that has been renovated with designer furnishings, this condo offers two private sleeping areas, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size tub.

Located on the peaceful south side of Konea Tower and just a few steps away from the elevator, you'll have easy access to the resort's pools, beach, Duke's restaurant, fitness center, spa, and underground parking. The main bedroom has a King size bed, access to the lanai, and a smart TV. The den has double doors that can be closed for privacy, its own closet, a queen bed, and smart TV.

The living room features upgraded furniture, a new flat-screen smart TV, a queen-size sofa bed, and bi-folding glass walls that open up to the outside lanai, allowing you to experience Maui's indoor/outdoor living. You can relax and unwind on the covered lanai with glass railings and incredible mountain and resort views.

Konea 312 also boasts a glass-walled walk-in shower, with a relaxing massage shower head, a separate oversized soaking tub, and two bathroom sinks with granite countertops for added convenience.

🌺 BBQ & Dining Areas - The Honua Kai offers three luxury BBQ areas near each of its three swimming pools. There are several Viking Professional gas BBQ grills at each, along with grill lights for evening cooking. Dining tables and chairs are provided so that you can enjoy the oceanfront view while you savor your grilled delicacies.

🌺Dukes Beach House: Located right on Kaanapali's North Beach, Duke's Beach House offers an authentic Hawaiian dining experience while paying homage to the restaurant's namesake, legendary Hawaiian surfer Duke Kahanamoku. The restaurant serves a variety of fresh, locally sourced foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, & offers live music on a regular basis in its bar area. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance as this is a popular dining option at the Honua Kai Resort. They also offer poolside food service to the 3 main pool areas.

🌺 Whaler's General Store: Conveniently located in the Konea lobby, Whaler's General Store conveys the essence of old Hawaii with a modern twist. Here you will find not only great Hawaii gifts and souvenirs, but also snacks, toiletries, and everything else that will make your stay in Hawaii enjoyable and memorable. The selection of gifts, toys, food, and drinks will make sure you don't miss anything - or anyone - on your list! Start your morning off right by grabbing a fresh cup of coffee or muffin. As well as iced & hot drinks, there is also a variety of options on offer such as bubble tea, tropical juices, frappes and lattes, and smoothies, to name a few.

🌺 Fitness Center: Located in the Konea Tower, the Honua Kai Fitness Center is available only to Honua Kai guests. Fitness Center machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training machines, and free weights.

PARKING: Free self-parking is available throughout the resort, either in the underground garage or above ground parking areas. Valet parking is available at both resort towers.

BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.

OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 6 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions.

By booking this condo, you agree that you understand all Honua kai on-site facilities and amenities may not be available during your stay & Maui Westside is not responsible for how this or any other unexpected occurances may affect your stay including but not limited to; inconvenience from construction, noise, traffic, limited parking, or neighboring guests.
