Nous avons adoré l'hébergement en lui-même. Spacieux, tout équipé, le cadre est magnifique, il y a un parking pour se garer. Par contre, les indications fournies concernant le check-in sont à revoir complètement. L'adresse donnée n'est pas la bonne : il faut se rendre en face, en-dessous des villas. L'accueil était fermé, donc il fallait utiliser un téléphone rouge pour appeler un autre accueil qui se trouvait de l'autre côté de la route, mais qu'on ne pouvait pas directement aller voir. Ils ne nous ont donné qu'une carte pour accéder à la chambre (pas très pratique). Aucune info concernant le check-out, donc j'ai du demander.

The area around the place was very nice, but hotel services wasn’t good at all. It was very hard to reach out to customer service, I try calling many times and wasn’t lucky. There is no front desk you have to go outside and grab a red phone that was hanging on a wall to contact customer service. Also there were roaches in the place they gave us, that’s very unsanitary and disgusting. I sent them a message about it and I never got a response.

Our family loved everything about Kahana Villas. Just wow! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it provided ample space for a family of 5. Our room was in the perfect location 201F. Walked right up to the door and the path went almost straight to the pool/hot tub. Gorgeous place to relax in the evening. We used the BBQ grill a few night. Pleasant experience. Only bad thing I can speak about is the roaches. I saw a couple in the sink but my kids noticed them on the trash area.

Really enjoyed Kahana villa. Our apartment was at the end og building E very close to the highway. So there was quite some noise in the evening and during the night. But apart from that, it was all really good. I would definitely come back another time

Amazing, spacious property with close proximity to the beach and a wonderful layout. Plenty of close food, shopping, beach access, and the staff is WONDERFUL! Welcome gifts for guests, 24/7 friendly service and tons of great advice from the concierge made our trip so wonderful that we stayed an extra day. 12/10 highly recommend this place!

Kahana Villa is, overall, a decent and solid place to stay on Maui. It’s a great location in west Maui, it’s central to everything like Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahana Beach is just a few steps away and although it’s small we had a great time there. Kahana Villa is an older property, looks like it may have been built in the’60s or’70s and needs renovation. Our unit was nice- large and had everything we needed. The only bad thing was a large water leak by the lanai door, we had to keep a lot of towels on the floor to soak up the water. The staff, aside from landscaping crew, was nonexistent on the actual property. Check in reception and concierge are across the street at Sands of Kahana and they were fantastic, absolutely friendly, professional, great staff!! Overall I would stay there again due to the affordability but I’d like to check out other properties on Maui before I would stay at Kahana Villa. Oh! The pool and hot tub were perfect!

Well worth it!!!

Overall it was auch a spectacular stay. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The area was fantastic. Beaches, pool, restraunt and convenient store within walking distance. Sunset views on the ocean. Whole family loved it.

We were thrilled by our good fortune when we stepped in to get such a nice place at the price we paid. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was modern and well-equipped. Our room contained a washer, dryer, and detergent (no coins or cards required, yay!). The beautiful beach and public park was across the street. Snorkel rentals and convenience stores were within a couple-minute walk away. Our room had sliding doors that opened to a beautiful grass courtyard with trees. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. We have no complaints, other than I think they should provide hoses to wash sand off your feet after returning from the beach across the street. WIFI was very fast (although I couldn't find the official network from our room, I was able to connect to a neighboring room once I found out their pattern for passwords). There was no big set of restrictions or cleaning requirements upon checkout other than a request that we take out our trash. We loved this place and will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

This property was lovely and quiet! In Maui, finding affordable places to stay is hard, but this property is the solution. The staff was friendly and helpful! My friends and I had a wonderful time here and the room itself was very spacious! The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and there was plenty of parking. I recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Nice condo in a great location. The bedroom did not have air conditioner, but a big ceiling fan, not enough for my family. Also the bedroom qas noisy, due to the road in the back. We were not able to get a late check out but were offered to use the hospitality room where we could shower before heading to airport. A few table placements would be recommended. Also, after-hours check in is available by using the red phone at the door of the check in office. Our key was left in the safe adjacent to the phone. They will give you the code when you call via the red phone.

Our Kahana Villa stay was good in general. What we liked about our stay: -clean -spacious - all kitchen utensils and equipment available - nice view from the patio -easy parking -grills near the pool -warm jacuzzi What we did not like: -they were having insects eradication right during our stay. We were required to remove all the stuff from kitchen and bathroom counters and leave the condo for 2 hours - the bedroom was smelly - they were doing renovations in the condo above us which resulted in occasional noise. Average: -weird reception hours. If it's closed - you need to call another hotel from a red phone on the wall. But they are very helpful and friendly.

I walked in to 4 cockroaches my first night after a long flight and there was a note on my table that they will fumigate my hotel room the next day at 12pm…. If you know you need to fumigate a hotel room or compound, why make it available for rental?

Property poorly managed, hard to check in, advised 4/7 days 9am-5pm no water/sewer! changed units but hard to find new unit, internet not working, delayed service noted not reset, no tv instructions, electrical power went off one evening, water leaking from upstairs deck flooding patio, limited supplies, no services on-site i.e. store, bar, restaurant, old metal screens to exterior, shower enclosure & closet doors hard to open/close, front door exposed to wind blowing in leaves/debris
