Family getaway

Our family rented 3 units in the F complex. All met and exceeded our expectationsF201 is a lovely one bedroom unit. It had everything we needed for a lovely 2 week stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The lanai was large and we enjoyed our early morning coffees and our evening talks on the comfortable outdoor furniture. If we could ask for one thing it would be a shade screen for the lanai. The afternoon sun, although beautiful, heats up the lanai to the point where it is uncomfortable to sit out there. We enjoyed the access to the beach and the private beach cabana with supply of towels, chairs and washroom was welcomed!We would highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay!

Great location and unit. We have stayed here before but this unit was fabulous! We loved the wrap around Lanai. the unit was spacious and having 2 bathrooms was great! Well stocked unit. This unit was CLEAN! I will have a complete breakdown if things aren't clean and this place was- great job cleaners! The grounds are well maintained and the staff very friendly. Our only complaint is that there is this very loud clinking sound when someone flushes the toilet.. like wake you up from your sleep loud. Don't miss the great coffee shop in the strip mall above the grounds. We will be back!

Maui Stay

Great condo with lots of space, linens, towels. Amazing balcony to have meals on. Cute pool, nice and quiet. Staff was great, cute quiet beach house with golf cart service to and from. Both great for families and couples. Recommended!

Great stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and it was everything we expected. Very clean, great location and quiet. We had a minor issue with the washing machine but the property manager and owner were both exceptional in resolving it quickly. We hope to visit again soon!

Maui during COVID-19

We booked this trip well before the Covid-19 outbreak. We arrived just as it was starting. Within a few days, everything was shutting down. We ended up having to leave early to get back home. Vivian was very understanding and even refunded a couple of days of our stay. Even though we were there for a short time, we had a good time. The room was perfect, well stocked, and clean. Staff was great, and property location was very convenient to shopping, beach, etc. Very nice place and we will definitely be booking with Vivian again soon!

Spacious corner unit with all the goodies

First off, this was my 8th trip to Maui, and second stay at the Eldorado. I am now confident it’s the best condo complex in this price-range on Maui. This unit is a nice quiet corner unit with peek-a-boo view of Molakai and the ocean. We loved having so many sliding doors with screens to enjoy the breeze. We didn’t use the A/C the entire visit! Also, they had a great stash of beach toys including an umbrella and boogie board and soft-sided coolers. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook some yummy meals with beautiful produce from the farmers’ market. We really enjoyed the unit. Not all the decor was to our taste, but we just moved some of the fake plants out of line-of-sight for our stay and put them back in place when it was time to go.

A very nice unit and difficult to get in high season

We liked the spacious unit with two bathrooms for our group of three. However, the hideabed in front room was not the most comfortable. Minor inconveniences included a partially working toaster and dead batteries in two of the remotes. The partial ocean view is now almost obscured by the rapidly growing vegetation. We liked having access to owners beach chairs and umbrella, although the lanai storage box had quite a bit of worn out beach gear that could not be used.

Very comfortable unit, plenty of space

This is an upstairs unit with plenty of room, very comfortable beds. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing and it would have been nice to have a second lounge chair on the lanai but we enjoyed our stay and these are only suggestions. The closest pool ( turtle) was closed the entire stay for repairs so we would have liked to have known that before we arrived... not a huge problem. We have stayed at the Eldorado several times and both pools seemed really cold this year. We checked at reception and they told us the pump had broken down but was now fixed , but the water never seemed any warmer. Heard a lot of guests around the pool commenting on the cool temperature. Would rent this unit again . Hopefully they’ll heat the pools a little more

Nice and roomy but could use updates

We stayed at the property for a week. Great location, the unit is roomy and had 2 bathrooms, which for a one bedroom place and 3 girls, was a really nice plus. My suggestions for the owner would be to replace the carpet as it was quite stained and to invest in new bedding as the sheets and pillows/blankets seemed quite old and smelled musty and the couch smelled musty too so we had kids put towels on it. Overall, great location, the grounds were well maintained and the two pools were nice. The unit had beach toys, boogie boards and other stuff a family needs. It would have been nice to know about the $196 resort fee that was charged upon check in. That was not communicated in the listing. Not a deal breaker but an unpleasant surprise. Don't see ourselves staying there again.

Very nice condo unit

We have stayed in 3-4 places in this Maui area and found the Eldorado and this unit F201 to be very nice. The unit is in a great spot on the property being close to the front office and all three pools. It is a short walk to Whalers Village and the beach. Like the unit being on an end and it had everything needed. Did not need the second bathroom but it had a nicer shower area. Unit was clean and we did not see any critters which is why we like a second floor unit. Front desk staff was also great. Only issue was bedroom electrical outlets. Not easy finding a spot to plug in my CPAP machine.

Amazing Vacation

We loved our trip to this unit! It was clean, very well stocked and in a quiet location. The access to the pool as well as the easy route to the beach made it a perfect location. Beds were comfy, washer and dryer worked awesome and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Thanks for an amazing vacation, we will definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later!
