Approach the home's entrance from the nicely landscaped front yard with mature, swaying palm trees. An inlaid tile landing, rich hardwood floors and natural light flooding from the atrium welcomes you in this bright open-concept home.
Follow the hall into the living room with brand new hardwood flooring and a stone fire place. Comfortable seating faces a large flat screen TV, making the perfect space for you and your travel companions to unwind during downtime. The living room flows freely from a charming dinette that seats 4 and into the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Take advantage of all the space to collaborate with your travel companions and prepare home-cooked gourmet meals. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining room with large, rustic dining table, 8 modernly upholstered chairs, a fireplace with a granite hearse, a wet bar and under-counter refrigerator. Summer Vacation Laguna
We really enjoyed our summer vacation in Laguna! The home was perfect, great location, close to Lifetime Athletic, the beach, and great parks for the kids!

Nice clean home. Communicated well with us as we arrived in order to let us in. Nice quiet neighborhood. About 10 minute drive to the beach. Costco is close. All in all we were very pleased and would stay again.

Perfect 4th of July Celebration!!
My decision to rent this vacation property for a family get away was perfect. There were 6 family members, 4 adults and 2 children, 3 and 6 years. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and convenient. One lovely beach was 9 minutes away, Laguna Beach, restaurants, shopping centers and just everything we needed were situated very close. The management was very friendly, helpful and available for any needs we might have. We attended a 4th of July celebration festival at a nearby park and barbecued in our patio during the evening - just a perfect celebration location!!

Laguna Niguel property 4521267
We stayed at this home for the first week in September. The property was adequate and pretty much as described.
There are some areas that need improvement:
The bed sheets are worn out and need to be replaced
The towel supply needs to be upgraded
Kitchen supplies (spices, dishes and utensils) were sparce. Kitchen needs to be better supplied.
There is a table and chairs on the lanai but no furniture to relax.
The carpets need cleaning or replacement
On the plus side the location was perfect for our purposes.

Spacious home with plenty of
bedrooms for 2 families. Kitchen was well-stocked, barbecue grill had an extra propane tank, laundry detergent available, 3 bathrooms w shower facilities. Highly recommend this property. Very good value and wonderful distance to the beach and local town area
