Basic but good location

I guess because of COVID there weren't any amenities at all, just a liquid soap/shampoo, nothing individual, no hard soap, no shower cap, etc. Just a basic room. Not even a refrigerator. Good location though.

My wife got sick in the middle of the night and I called the resident manager who arrived promptly with needed supplies and the next morning personally escorted us to the local doctor...above and beyond the call of duty.!! Food in restaurant was outstanding.

Close to superb Laguiole cutlery showroom.

We had some trepidation about staying here given some of the negative comments others have written, but could not have been pleased more with our stay. The room was more than adequately large, dinner was delicious, a lovely and filling (self service) breakfast, and very attentive and helpful staff. There was also a lovely heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was in easy walking distance of the Laguiole knife and cutlery factory which is well worth a visit

Un hôtel très bien situé et très confortable L'accueil y est chaleureux et agréable. Les repas au restaurant très bons avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les petits dej au top.
