    Some Unfortunate Issues.

    This unit is on the top floor and beautifully appointed. Location is great. However, it is so unfortunate that the awning has been so frequently rolled incorrectly that the fabric is jamming and fraying making it almost impossible to use. The access to the pool was non existent and contrary to advertised information. The shower drain in the small bathroom had a foul odour and overflowed the stall regularly. Little ant like critters invaded our spaces from day 1. I believe all of these issues, when resolved will make this a lovely apartment to rent and worth the rental fees, but not at this point.

    Luz Bay Holiday

    Lovely apartment in Luz and really is a home away from home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had more than enough room for our party of 5 adults and 1 child. Having use of the pool at the Luz Bay Hotel was a fantastic addition to the holiday. The apartment is in a good location and is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants that the village has to offer. Recommend a car for any heavy supermarket shops as the walk up the hill to the accommodation can be tough in the heat when carrying water etc. Overall a fantastic place and would recommend the accommodation for a family break and/or group of friends for a stay in Luz.

    Wir haben 10 Tage dort verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage, abseits der Hauptstraße. Der schöne Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Etwas gestört hat uns, dass in keinem der 3 Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett zu finden ist. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem eigenem Bad hatte leider ein Geruchsproblem. Es roch aus dem Kleiderschrank nach Abfluss.

    Wunderbare und großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

    Diese Wohnung war perfekt für uns: Großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlte nichts, das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich mit einem großem modernen Flatscreen Fernseher und sehr schnellem und zuverlässigen Internet (WLAN). Und an den kühlen Tagen unserer Zeit im Luz waren wir sehr dankbar für die gut funktionierende und sehr leise Klimaanlage, mit der sich auch heizen läßt. Die beiden Bäder waren für uns perfekt und groß genug, eins geht von einem Schlafzimmer ab, das andere vom Flur. Die Matratzen im den Schlafzimmern waren eher härter und nicht durchgelegen. Ganz besonders haben wir außerdem den geräumigen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und die nahezu völlige Stille bzw. Ruhe drumherum genossen. Die Lage empfanden wir als optimal, zu Fuß zum Meer sind es rund 10 Minuten. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Adresse Jua José Ribeiro Lopez lautet, die Zufahrt zur Appartmentanlage zweigt von dieser Straße vom. Meer kommend links ab, dann das zweite Gebäude links. Die Adresse wurde bzw. wird hier teilweise unzutreffend abgegeben bzw. eingezeichnet. 37°05′34.33″N, 08°43′42.65″W

    Family holiday

    Great location for the town and getting to Lagos as well. Flat very well equipped - just need to move the beds or get some extension cables so the bedside lamps can be plugged in! Apart from that - really nice apartment.
