People dont respect SILENCE after 10PM, also the doors SLAM VERY HARD making loud noice in the middle of the night or any time someone open and close doors.

Great Hotel! My only problems involved my room. There was no hot water and clogged toilet. The maintainance staff was not the best. The took there time getting to my room and made a mess when repairing the washroom. One of the rooms i booked had an issue with the airconditioner.

The property is in need of urgent renovation. The area around where they have the lift needs urgent repair as there are signs of mold on the roof, paint peeling off walls, paints on walls appears dirty/old. The rooms are neat, super cozy and comfortable, quiet. Staff are polite and friendly.

Eko hotels - very poor condition

Generally, the services provided by the hotel is poor, the rooms and facilities are aged and delipidated in many locations. The down stairs toilet in the reception area is nothing to write home about, the hotel seems to be a place for conversing business and always unnecessarily rowdy. No proper connection from the room to the breakfast hall. The roads or pathways are not mark or indicated. At times, i have struggle with upcoming vehicles to access the dinning or breakfast halls.
