The house was well stocked and clean. The oven didn’t work so we had to do most of our cooking at my son’s house. We were booked for 9 days so that was a bit of a hassle. The property sitting on the river was very nice. The driveway is very sketchy! I wouldn’t want to navigate it during heavy rains.

Home was very clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable and noise from bridge at night was present, but not bothersome at all whatsoever to anyone in the family as we all slept perfectly fine. Kitchen was well equipped and AC was nice and cool. Property is close enough to everything and yet still feels secluded. The old drawbridge provided nice scenery and the river was fun to fish. Would definitely consider renting again if ever in the area.

Peaceful getaway

The house was very clean, comfortable, and we loved being on the water, sitting out by the fire at night. It had the perfect amount of solitude, while not being too far away from plenty of things to see and do. We loved it and would love to come back!
