This stunning block-and-stucco Sedona model offers a spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a wealth of desirable features. Third bedroom set up as a den with a sleeper sofa for 2 more guests. Step inside to discover an open floor plan highlighted by high ceilings, elegant wood laminate flooring, and a bright living/dining area that seamlessly flows through a large sliding door to your private lanai and pool area. The pool has solar heating and temperature may vary depending on atmospheric conditions and the time of year. Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party. We do not allow smoking in the house. Pool service comes typically on Tuesdays and will need access to clean the pool. There are security cameras in the front and the rear of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
