This is a beautiful house, very clean and well taken care of, and the owner was responsive and very friendly. However, it is not a 4 bedroom house. There is a large loft master bedroom upstairs that doesn't have a door but has a big bathroom and a very large closet. There are two private bedrooms on the basement floor that are comfortable and share a good size bathroom, but what they considered a 4th bedroom was a small den space outside of the two basement bedrooms that did not have privacy at all. It had a pretty rickety pull out couch that we couldn't use and my brother ended up sleeping on the floor. We were all adults so this did not at all fit our needs. It would be a good area for kids but is absolutely not a private bedroom. We were disappointed and felt mislead by the listing. Otherwise it would have been a perfect house for our stay, the first floor kitchen, dining and living areas were very clean and comfortable. The deck and furniture were all immaculately clean. We would stay there again but definitely now with as many people as we had.

SUPER nice accommodations in nice remote neighborhood and communication was great. Had everything and more you could need for a comfortable stay. Can’t say any negatives….well master bedroom you have to watch your head for sloped ceiling but so nicely appointed and bed super comfy and bathroom was huge. Highly recommend

This was our second time staying. The home was just as beautiful as we remembered it from last year. Exceptionally clean. Well stocked. Communication with the owner was great (again), she’s very responsive. We love the peaceful location and the deck. We also love that it’s a short drive to many different fun things to do. Hour house escape room was a lot of fun. Kellerhaus is always a must-stop for us. Franconia Notch is worth the drive. Castle in the Clouds was beautiful too.

Relaxing getaway!

We wanted a fully equipped home for a low-key getaway near the lake and mountains, and that’s exactly what this home is. From the generous deck with ample seating and views of the woods, to the comfortable bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms, to the cozy first floor kitchen and living space, we had everything we wanted and then some. Allie was a very helpful host, even providing restaurant suggestions. We’d definitely return here if our travel plans take us back to NH!

Perfect family get away

My family and I absolutely loved this home. Clean , kid and pet friendly and plenty of room for our family of 8. The neighborhood was quiet and set in the mountains. It was just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Dog-friendly mountain getaway

We were looking for a dog-friendly location for our family to celebrate my wife's birthday over a long weekend.The property was comfortable, well-appointed, and suited us perfectly. Winter made a late appearance, with snow and freezing rain, yet we enjoyed a 5-mile hike up Mt Major. The dogs loved it.We would love to come back here.

Absolutely Perfect

The house was so beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures and maybe even better! It was warm, cozy and had just about everything and anything you needed there. We will definitely be back. Relaxing, beautiful stay

My husband, dogs, and I had a great stay at Allie’s beautiful home. It was comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Our dogs loved the walks through the very hilly neighborhood. They also loved visiting the fully fenced in dog park in Laconia just a few minutes from the house.I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area or just a place to escape for a few days away.

Peaceful Escape!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at this peaceful mountain escape! Our friends all enjoyed the amenities, the lovely toiletries the host left, and the fire pit on the deck was the perfect spot for nighttime conversations. Will definitely be back.
