Maison Swing: Small terraced house located in a quiet residence, ideally positioned between the pine forest and the golf course, with high-speed Wi-Fi. You will enjoy a relaxing environment while being only 2.5 km from the ocean, 3 km from the lake and 2.5 km from shops, for a convenient and rejuvenating stay.



The living room is bright and welcoming, equipped with a table, chairs, a sofa and a television. The open kitchen is functional and well-equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, storage and everything necessary for cooking. A bathroom with shower and washbasin as well as an independent toilet complete the ground floor.



On the upper floor, the open mezzanine features a 140 cm bed and storage, while a separate bedroom area divided by a partition has two bunk beds of 90 cm, thus offering a comfortable sleeping space for a family. An independent utility room with a washing machine is also at your disposal.



Outside, the terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy evenings in the open air. The accommodation benefits from an included fibre Wi-Fi connection, ideal for staying connected during your stay.

Séjour agréable mais attention au couchage des adultes

Location relativement proche de lacanau ocĂ©an mais bruyante la journĂ©e du fait de la proximitĂ© du grand axe routier . Le plus gros inconvĂ©nient Ă©tait que le lit de 140cm s’est rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© ĂȘtre de 120 cm seulement !!! C’est un peu juste pour 2 personnes. Sinon, le logement Ă©tait propre et nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l’ocĂ©an et du lac par le biais des pistes cyclables vraiment bien amĂ©nagĂ©es.
