This great Wooden chalet is 300 meters from Lake Lacanau bordering pine forest in a very quiet residential area. This construction like "Lodge" of 120m2 + 35m2 loft has 4 bedrooms sleeping comfortably 8 people, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a large dining-room that completely opens to a deck of 120m2 with a swimming pool 3x6m , barbecue, all in a landscaped garden that preserves all your privacy.

A wonderful place for a family vacation

Hugely enjoyed our stay in Lacanau. The house is immaculate and very well equipped with a beautiful garden that is a great place to while away hours. The best thing is the easy choice every day of the pool, the lake (amazing for little kids) or the beach (great waves, more adventurous for the older ones). The area is also great for running, cycling and any water sport you can imagine. Lacanau itself is quite quiet but there’s a lovely restaurant (Yellow Bicycle) about 10 mins walk and a great little beach bar close by. Alain is a wonderful host also and couldn’t do enough to help us. Highly recommended.

Fabulous holiday in a home that exceeded our expectations!

Alain was very helpful throughout. The house is amazing and very well equipped. Location is great for the lake and town. We even cycled to Lacanau Ocean. We found it very difficult to leave....would definitely recommend!!

Ein StĂŒck vom Paradies in Lacanau

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist in einem sehr gehobenen, ruhigen Wohnumfeld in Lacanau gelegen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, bietet eine FĂŒlle an BeschĂ€ftigungsmöglichkeiten, SportgerĂ€ten und begeistert mit vielen Details bei der Möblierung und der Gartengestaltung. Die Lage insgesamt ist super, der See ist direkt zu Fuß und der Ozeanstrand in Lacanau-Ocean in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto aber auch sehr gut ĂŒber den Radweg erreichbar. Alle touristischen Attraktionen wie das Arcachon-Becken und auch Bordeaux sind innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war ein ganz herrlicher Urlaub, wirklich ein StĂŒck vom Paradies! Danke auch Alain fĂŒr die sehr unkomplizierte, ĂŒberaus freundliche Kommunikation und Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

SĂŒdfrankreichurlaub ohne Kompromisse

Nach langen Jahren hat es uns mit der (nun fast schon erwachsen gewordenen) Familie wieder einmal nach SĂŒdfrankreich an den Atlantik verschlagen. Kurzum: Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und waren alle begeistert. Es beginnt mit der Lage in Lacanau, einem netten und nicht zu ĂŒberlaufenen Ort. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohnanlage mit ausreichend großem GrundstĂŒck und allem Komfort, den es braucht. Es ist authentisch und qualitativ hochwertig wie auch praktisch ausgestattet. Von hier ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in kĂŒrzester Zeit am See und kann Kanu fahren (ein Old Town Kanu gehört zum Haus), Segeln, Kite surfen, SUP fahren oder nur einfach durch das sehr flache Wasser in den See raus schwimmen oder laufen. Genauso schnell ist man im Ort oder im Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl fĂŒr alle EinkĂ€ufe. Von Lacanau sind es dann 10-12km mit dem Fahrrad zum Atlantik. Wir fanden den Strand "Super Sud" ist fantastisch und am wenigsten ĂŒberlaufen. Der schönste Platz im Haus ist der große Patio mit einem Plancha. Haben wir regelmĂ€ĂŸig abends Fisch, Fleisch und GemĂŒse gegrillt (und ja, man kann auch Spiegelei oder Crepe zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck damit machen ;-)). Dazu der Pool zur Erfrischung und die HĂ€ngematte zum Lesen und abschalten. Trotz der teils großen Hitze tagsĂŒber kĂŒhlt es Abends immer angenehm ab und ĂŒber Nacht dann soweit, dass man ohne Klimaanlage gut schlafen konnte. Das Haus bleibt dazu auf Grund der schön eingewachsenen Lage angenehm kĂŒhl. KĂŒchen- und Wohnungsausstattung sind alle von guter QualitĂ€t, das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und man fĂŒhlt sich schnell "zu Hause". Der Hausservice und vor allem Alain Zussy sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr daran interessiert, dass es einem gut geht und an nichts fehlt. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus mit dem Garten, HĂ€ngematte und Pool lĂ€dt zum entspannen ein. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes PlĂ€tzchen zum abschalten und genießen. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort. :-) Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit unserem Vermieter Alain war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und meldete sich bei Fragen sehr zeitnah. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil nur weiterempfehlen! đŸ€©

Erholung pur fĂŒr die ganze Familie

Als 4-köpfige Familie inkl. kleinem Hund durften wir tolle Ferientage in diesem wunderbaren & sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus verbringen. Insbesondere der Pool, die HĂ€ngematte, das Kanu & die zur VerfĂŒgung gestellten FahrrĂ€der wollen an dieser Stelle erwĂ€hnt sein. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber & Agentur verlief unkompliziert & freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

Traumhaftes Haus mit herrlichem Garten

Wir waren mit 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern knapp 2 Wochen bei Alain zu Gast - alle fĂŒhlten sich in diesem traumhaften Holzhaus sofort wohl und heimisch. Die Anordnung der RĂ€ume ist perfekt fĂŒr große Essen mit Familie und Freunden; es gibt aber auch genug RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten von der Galerie bis hin zur HĂ€ngematte unter der großen Pinie. Die Betreuung durch Alain und die Agentur vor Ort war sehr gut, sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll möbliert, die KĂŒche supergut ausgestattet, Geschirr, GerĂ€te, IT, SanitĂ€rrĂ€ume, einfach alles optisch und technisch auf hohem Niveau. Der Pool ist klein, aber wie der gesamte sehr schön gestaltete Garten komplett uneinsehbar, mit Blick ins GrĂŒne. Unser (kleiner) Hund war genauso glĂŒcklich wie wir, er konnte sich auf dem komplett umzĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck austoben. Wir haben Tischtennis und Kanufahren wieder fĂŒr uns entdeckt und können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Lieber Alain, vielen Dank fĂŒr Deine Gastfreundschaft! Wir wollen sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbares Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, ein 8-jĂ€hriges Kind und unser Hund) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte ist vor Ort. Der Pool ist sehr schön und genau wie das ganze GrundstĂŒck perfekt gepflegt. Das GrundstĂŒck ist auch komplett eingezĂ€unt, perfekt mit Hund. Zum See ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang, genau wie zum BĂ€cker. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristen-Massen und gibt einem wirklich ein GefĂŒhl von Urlaub in Frankreich. Der Gastgeber und auch die Agentur vor Ort sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Tolle Ferien in Haus mit Charme

Danke fĂŒr die erholsamen Ferien im Haus von Alain! Das ansprechend und individuell eingerichtete Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, es ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Praktischerweise waren FahrrĂ€der beim Haus, so dass wir jeden Morgen schnell frische Croissants beim BĂ€cker holen, einen Espresso nehmen und dann gemĂŒtlich auf der Terrasse am langen Tisch frĂŒhstĂŒcken konnten. Fantastisch war auch die HĂ€ngematte, mit der wir zwischen den BĂ€umen entspannen konnten. Die Fernsehecke lĂ€dt bei schlechtem Wetter zum RumlĂŒmmeln, Gesellschaftspielen (auch im Haus) oder Fernsehen ein, wir hatten den Laptop dabei und mit dem schnellen Internet konnten wir auch unser Disney+ streamen und den Laptop an den Fernseher anschließen. SupermĂ€rkte sind schnell mit dem Rad erreichbar. Alains Kanu ist großartig, wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf dem See gehabt! Auch Lacanau Ocean ist mit dem Auto in 15 Min erreichbar, wir haben sehr genossen, zum Trubel , Restaurants und Strand nach Lacanau Ocean zu fahren, dann aber ungestört im Haus in der Nacht zu schlafen. Alain war fĂŒr uns ein fĂŒrsorglicher Vermieter, er hat immer schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Wir haben tolle, erholsame Ferien in dem Haus verbracht, danke!

Charmante maison en bois prĂšs du Lac

Le chalet entiÚrement en bois est tel que sur les photos. Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs agréable car nous avons trouvé une maison parfaitement propre, trÚs bien équipée et décorée avec goût dans le moindre détail. La piscine, les équipements de loisirs pour les enfants, le canoé, les vélos,... tout est fait pour passer un séjour charmant en famille et profiter à fond de l'environnement du lac de Lacanau. Le petit souci d'absence de machine à laver la vaisselle (en réparation pendant notre séjour) a été bien vite oublié. Un grand merci à M. Zussy et sa famille pour cette semaine trÚs agréable dans leur belle maison !

Nos vacances à Lacanau août 2017

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce lodge fort agréable. Tout le confort est offert, la maison est trÚs chaleureuse et trÚs bien agencée. Comme chez nous en mieux !

Les propriétaires nous ont mis à disposition leur maison avec tous les éléments qui nous permettaient de nous sentir chez nous (les premiers nécessaires, les installations, l'acceptation de notre chien)...en vacances (piscine, table de ping-pong, vélos,..). De plus, un trÚs bon accompagnement et une réactivité trÚs appréciés. Un grand merci à vous. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Un excellent séjour dans une maison à vivre

Le vrai "plus" est le fait que les propriétaires y vivent pendant l'année. Du coup, tout y est ! Et la maison est bien entretenue. Que ce soit le cÎté pratique : cuisine et salle de bains équipées, produits ménagers, barbecue en dur, plancha ..., le cÎté loisirs : piscine, canoé, ping-pong, jeux de plage, vélos ..., la partie confort : jardin arboré, hamac, coin télé en mezzanine pour les enfants, immense terrasse couverte mais ouverte et fraßche, ...). Le quartier est résidentiel et calme, la maison se trouve à 400 m du lac. Notre seul regret est le fait que l'on soit un peu loin du front de mer / plages océanes en période de forte affluence. Pour résumé, une belle demeure qui nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances

Superbe maison bois dans un lotissement de maisons toutes diffĂ©rentes... A 300 mĂštres du lac : on y va Ă  pieds facilement en 10 min, mĂȘme avec le super canoĂ« - Ă©quipĂ© de son chariot Ă  roulettes - Ă  disposition au chalet ! Il y avait aussi 4 vĂ©lo adlutes, une table de ping-pong, pleins de jeux, ... Pleins de bouquins et de dvd : on s'est fait la trilogie des Jason Bourne un jour de pluie ! Boulangerie et supĂ©rette Ă  2 min de vĂ©lo... La petite piscine est trĂšs sympa et sĂ©curisĂ©e par alarme si besoin. La dĂ©coration et l'Ă©quipement de la maison sont vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©ables : rien en manque et on se sent largement aussi bien que chez soi !
