Noosa, an architect's villa covered in red cedar, is Australian-inspired. Noosa head being a city in Australia, where we went on vacation when we lived in Australia. It is about 130 square meters, it is located in a garden of over 900 square meters with a heated indoor pool opening onto the terrace of the living room and the master suite. It has a large living room, 5 contemporary decorated bedrooms, and has a garage, outdoor parking for two cars.

Villa Noosa has terraces on three levels of more than 100 square meters, including a wooden terrace which includes a heated salt-water pool, exposed to the South, 7 by 4 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters. at 2.25 meters and a diving pit including an automatic solar shutter.

Bright and comfortable, Villa Noosa offers a large living room opening with large picture windows onto a large covered and uncovered terrace and the swimming pool. It has a fully equipped American kitchen with a minibar for lunch. On the ground floor there is also an independent WC. The garage and the basement are accessible from outside and inside the house.

Its five bedrooms are composed of a master suite with a small bathroom (shower with column and sink), on the ground floor, and 4 other bedrooms upstairs including two bedrooms with a 140 and 190 bed and two with new beds, two beds 80 by 200 making queen size by 160 by 200. Upstairs there is a toilet and a bathroom.

All of the furniture in the living area is contemporary, design, a 4K television fixed with a multidirectional wall arm. With internet access, wifi and a bouquet of Canal Plus channels, Canalsat Panorama, the villa is connected. The villa also has all the necessary comforts, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Located near the beach, the lake and bike paths, it enjoys a beautiful environment in a housing estate of villas.

In order to respect the tranquility of a residential setting, the NOOSA villa is neither rented to groups of young people, nor for parties.
