Location très agréable !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! La location est très bien située, en quelques minutes de vélo seulement nous sommes à la plage ou dans le centre ville. La maison est très bien organisée, la cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée (un vrai plus si on aime cuisiner en vacances), le petit jardin est bien agréable, bref, tout pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Vacance ideal et propriétaire très sympa

Logement tous confort et à proximité de tous ,plage ,commerce , piscine .les activités à proximité , traversée en zodiaque vers la Rochelle ou les îles proches (je vous conseille de faire cela avec côte et mer ou vous ferez la traversée avec Charlie qui est vraiment sympa ) possibilité de faire du cheval sur les plages,barque dans le marais ect ect ect ,en un mot escapade à faire il y en a pour tous les goûts nous personnellement nous y retournerons des que possible.

Geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Der lange Sandstrand ist in 15 min. zu Fuß bzw. in 5 min. mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und kümmern sich, wenn es Probleme gibt.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes passés une très bonne semaine de vacances à la Tranche dans cette location. Propriétaire très accueillante, agréable, souriante et le dialogue super, surtout très arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée et l'heure départ. Nous le recommandons vivement. Jolie petite maison qui se trouve près de la plage, du commerce et pas très loin du centre ville. La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme, il y a du confort pour passer un agréable séjour.

jolie maison de vacances proche de l'océan

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison de vacances à la Tranche sur mer. L'endroit est dans un environnement calme et de taille humaine pas de grand complexe à proximité. La maison est décorée avec soin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se servir. 2 frigos. La literie est bonne. On peut aller à pied à la plage clemenceau. Nous sommes proche du centre ville qui propose des animations presque tous les soirs. Navette gratuite près de la piscine. Les enfants ont bien marchés et on peut revenir par la plage. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et il a fait très chaud en fin de semaine.

Einfachste Ausstattung, PreisLeistung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Lage des Hauses gut, wie in der Beschreibung. Jedoch für 6 Personen völlig indiskutabel Aufgrund der beschränkten Begehbarkeit der Schlafräume. Es geht zu den Schlafräume eine Raumspartreppe, welche für kleinere Kinder oder ältere Personen lebensgefährlich ist. Leider steht dies nicht in der Beschreibung. Ausstattung ist zwar vorhanden, aber in einem ziemlich heruntergekommenen Zustand. Gartenstühle weiß sehr unbequem, die Liegen kurz vorm Zusammenbruch. Als nicht französich sprechender Gast hat man arge Verständigungsprobleme, da der Vermieter obwohl es angezeigt wird nicht gewillt ist auf englisch zu kommunizieren. Wir fahren häufiger nach Frankreich, hatten aber noch nie wirklich Verständigungsprobleme dieser Art. Da offensichtlich das Nachbarhaus nur zum Wochenende belegt ist hat sich dort jedes Wochenende eine größere Gruppe Jugendlicher eingefunden, die dann lautstark eine Unterhaltung geführt haben, leider auch bis zu den frühen Morgenstunden. Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr ruhig. Geschäfte und Strand sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

C'était bien

Après un moment d'adaptation, très vite passé, nous avons apprécié l'extérieur petit mais suffisant et très bien orienté. Il y avait ce qu'il fallait pour y prendre ses repas et s'y reposer. Quant à l'intérieur, c'est sans "chichi" mais pratique et bien aménagé. De plus le contact avec Mr et Mme Bègue a été très sympathique. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Bien située pas trop loin de la plage, la maison est confortable, fraîche et on apprécie la terrasse équipée du store banne. De plus les équipements ménagers + les ustensiles de cuisine sont tout à fait corrects. Bon séjour.

Un super séjour , les propriétaires sont très gentil et disponible , la maison est très bien aménagé il y a vraiment tous comme a la maison ! avec notre petite princesse de 16 mois c étais vraiment parfait ( mise a part l'escalier pour monter a l'etage un peu dangereux avec un enfant en bas age mais avec de la surveillance sa était ) , la cour est sans vis a vis , je recommande cette location vous serez pas décu , l'année prochaine nous y retournons :)

Vacances très agréables

Ce séjour fut parfait avec une petite maison très fonctionnelle et ne manquant pas de charme. Le fait d'avoir accepté nos petites bêtes était vraiment un plus pour nous et elles aussi ont pu profiter des vacances ! Ce qui nous a plus également c'est la proximité de la plage et des commerces. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
