No staff on site at either check in or check out. Website links and WhatsApp communications is no substitute for personalized customer service. The answer to any question regarding access to the hotel or to parking was "I sent you that already". Then after we left, she wanted travel documentation sent over potentially unsecure networks. Should have been at the property to take care of business. I dont recommend this property and will not stay there again

Great location, manager was wonderful very accommodating and getting back to you in a very timely manner. House keeping service needs improving. Some more shelving to put your toiletries would be great. We had a great time there. We were there for four nights overall very nice experience.

Check-in period is short but they allow self check-in with very clear instructions. Staff is quick to respond through whatsapp regarding any questions. Location is convenient, very close to the train station. Abundant dining options available nearby. Parking is also available and quite close.

the room was very comfortable and clean. it is located conveniently near the train station (a little noise but nothing too bad to not get a good night sleep) and near the main street with a lot of restaurants. the room had A/C. We arrived late night and everything was clearly explained for the check in and car parking.

The property is dated, room is small and dark, dusty. Linen is too old, needs to be replaced. It has excellent location, only 3 minute walk from the train station. The trade of is that it is noisy all day with street traffic and train running.

What a wonderful stay! This guest house is absolutely charming—the decoration is tasteful and cozy, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s also very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The attention to detail is truly impressive. They provide plenty of helpful information for tourists, which really enhanced our visit. The only small suggestion I’d make is to update the check-in time in their policies to avoid any confusion. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend
