A cozy 35-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. We’re in the center of La Spezia, about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. The location is therefore ideal both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and double sofa bed;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, and split A/C unit;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the bedroom), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the first floor.

The entrance landing is shared with other guests.

Please note there is a step in the bathroom.

Cars are NOT permitted in the building’s inner courtyard.



The room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.
